1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Shri Bahubali Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Professional Services
Shri Bahubali Technologies provides custom software engineering, platform architecture, and related technology consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all undisputed invoices, the intellectual property rights for custom software developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the applicable SOW. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks ("Background IP") used in the development process.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shri Bahubali Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
